The foursome behind the Montreal-based Camellia Sinensis-- Kevin Gascoyne, Jasmin Desharnais, François Marchand, and Hugo Américi, are brewing up a new venture with Gabriel Svaldi centered on masala tea. Svaldi previously worked at Camellia Sinensis for many years as tea house manager.
